What this covers
- Venture capital
- Private equity
- Hedge strategies
- Long-short equity
Specialised products, matched to a mandate — not sold from a shelf.
Where a standard portfolio stops being the right answer
Portfolio Management Services and Alternative Investment Funds are built for investors whose requirements have outgrown standard products. VVSPL provides access to selected third-party PMS and AIF offerings, with the selection driven by your stated objectives and risk tolerance.
These products carry higher minimum commitments, longer lock-ins and lower liquidity than conventional schemes, and eligibility criteria apply. They are managed by the respective third-party managers, not by VVSPL.
The strategy families we can arrange access to
Each carries a distinct risk profile, liquidity horizon and eligibility requirement.
Venture capital funds
Exposure to early-stage businesses and ventures with growth potential. Long horizons, illiquid holdings and a meaningful probability of individual investments failing outright.
Private equity funds
Strategies involving established businesses, strategic partnerships, operational improvement and long-term value creation, typically over multi-year commitment periods.
Hedge funds
Sophisticated approaches including long/short, arbitrage and derivatives-based strategies. Complexity and leverage can increase loss as well as opportunity; outcomes are neither consistent nor assured.
Long-short equity
Combining long positions with short positions to pursue opportunity while managing directional market exposure. Short positions carry theoretically unlimited loss.

Frequently Asked Questions
- PMS is a professional investment management service where portfolios are managed according to an investor's objectives, risk profile, and investment strategy. The portfolio may be customized based on the selected PMS approach.
- AIFs are privately pooled investment vehicles that invest in alternative asset classes or strategies beyond traditional investment products. Depending on the fund strategy, these may include private equity, venture capital, hedge strategies, and other specialized investments.
- Depending on the specific product and regulatory framework, strategies may include Private Equity (PE), Venture Capital (VC), long-short strategies, and other alternative investment approaches.
- PMS and AIFs are generally designed for investors who meet applicable eligibility requirements and understand the associated investment risks. Suitability depends on factors such as investment objectives, risk tolerance, financial capacity, and investment horizon.
- PMS and AIF investments can involve market, liquidity, concentration, valuation, and strategy-specific risks. Some alternative investments may have longer investment horizons and limited liquidity, so investors should carefully review the relevant product documents before investing.
Important considerations & risk information
Investments in securities, mutual funds and alternative investment products are subject to market risks, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance does not indicate future results, and no return, profit or income is guaranteed. Read all scheme and offer documents carefully before investing. Information on this website is general in nature and is not personalized investment advice.
PMS and AIF products are subject to eligibility criteria and minimum investment thresholds, carry longer lock-in periods and materially lower liquidity than conventional schemes, and are managed by the respective third-party managers rather than by VVSPL. Availability is subject to suitability assessment.
