This policy explains how Valentiz Venture Services Pvt. Ltd. ("VVSPL") handles personal information collected through this website. It applies to visitors, enquirers, newsletter subscribers and job applicants.

We collect information you provide directly: your name and contact details when you use the contact form, your email address when you subscribe to updates, and the personal, education, family, employment and document information you supply when you submit a job application.
How we use information
Contact information is used to respond to your enquiry. Newsletter addresses are used only to send the updates you consented to receive. Application data is used to assess your candidacy and to contact you about the recruitment process.
Storage and security
Information is stored in a PostgreSQL database. Identity numbers such as Aadhaar and PAN are encrypted before storage. Uploaded documents are held in private, access-controlled cloud storage and are not published or linked publicly. Access by our staff is restricted by role and is recorded in an audit log.
Third-party services
We use Cloudinary for document and media storage and an email service provider for transactional messages. These providers process data on our instructions.
Retention
